Should My Business Have A FaceBook Page? Absolutely!

Most people are aware by now that Facebook can bring any business a huge source of web traffic. It’s a site that consumes a good amount of people’s time, so it’s the best place to start focusing your company strategy. If you’re not live with a Facebook Page yet, you’re probably missing out on a crucial way to engage with potential/past clients and work to help your brand reputation shine!

And don’t get confused. Facebook has two types of pages you can create, but “Pages” can easily tie-in with your brand, while “Groups” stand alone. Facebook Pages tend to work better for businesses while Groups do well for non-profits, interests and causes. If you need more help with this, call in a social media specialist that knows the ropes!

Remember, the goal is not to collect fans like baseball cards . . . you really have to engage people and know your audience.  Make your FaceBook page more interesting.  Focus your strategy and make a commitment to log in and provide regular updates, highlight contributions from others and include more than just posts.  Ask questions, add some photos, links and videos, and behold for yourself – the incredible world of FaceBook!
